Senior IT Support Specialist

The Senior IT Support Specialist provides first‑line technical support to users across the organisation. This role is responsible for responding to helpdesk requests, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and escalating more complex problems to higher‑level support when necessary.
The position plays a critical role in maintaining the reliable operation of systems while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level II–III technical support by resolving helpdesk requests
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, and network issues, and escalating complex problems as required.
- Configure and maintain user accounts, devices, and assets.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Deploy and update systems and software.
- Document resolutions in the knowledgebase.
- And deliver timely communication with a strong focus on customer service and professionalism.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Degree or formal qualification in Information Technology with at least five years of relevant experience, including leadership exposure
- Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, phone systems, basic networking, Active Directory, Exchange, and mobile device support
- Experience using IT service management tools and applying ITIL or customer service best practices. Proven ability to support business applications and IT hardware, with strong communication, organisational, and time‑management skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, eager to learn, and willing to work full‑time onsite in BGC Taguig
