Job Description
As an Accountant, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records through regular reconciliations, data analysis, and close collaboration with internal teams. This role plays a critical part in driving financial transparency and supporting month-end and year-end closings.

- 1-3 years experience in accounting, with a focus on reconciliation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with NetSuite, Stripe, Clover, Bushfire is a plus, but not required
- Perform regular and accurate reconciliations of bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and other financial records
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for all reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data integrity
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, issues, or opportunities for improvement
