We are seeking a WordPress Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest standards of website functionality and user experience across our clients' web projects. This role is crucial in maintaining the agency's reputation for excellence by conducting thorough testing, identifying potential issues, and providing detailed feedback before websites go live.

The position plays a vital role in the final stages of website development, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and industry standards.

Tasks List

Website Quality Assurance

Review website compatibility across different devices (mobile, tablet, desktop)
Test functionality across various browsers
Verify responsive design implementation
Execute comprehensive testing protocols

Documentation and Reporting

Complete predefined quality assurance checklists
Document and report identified issues
Provide detailed feedback on functionality and user experience
Create objective and subjective feedback reports

Content Quality Control

Review website content for accuracy and clarity
Check for spelling and grammatical errors
Verify link functionality and relevance
Ensure content alignment with client requirements

System Management

Navigate and utilize WordPress effectively
Work within the Arrow CRM system
Maintain testing documentation
Track and follow up on identified issues

Requirements

Proven experience in website quality assurance testing
Demonstrated proficiency with WordPress
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Experience working with content management systems
Problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong documentation skills
Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing
Professional and proactive approach to work
WFH Set-Up:
Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
Back-up computer and internet connection
Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...

Work Setup:

Remote position
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
40 hours a week

Compensation:

$7 per hour
No benefits package included
