Location: BGC, TaguigWork set-up: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite)
Schedule: Dayshift or Mid shift (AU or UK time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Headhunt Passive Candidates: Engage and attract top talent from diverse industries.
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS systems, and job portals to find the best candidates.
- Advert Writing: Create compelling job ads that capture the attention of potential hires.
- Hyper-Personalized Outreach: Build relationships with candidates through tailored communication.
- Database Management: Maintain and update systems like JobAdder, Vincere, Loxo and Bullhorn.
- Lead Generation: Source new candidate leads to fill client vacancies.
- CV Formatting: Polish and refine candidate CVs for client presentations.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interviews and manage candidate schedules.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Essential:
- Hardworking, career-driven, and highly motivated for personal and professional growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a recruitment agency setting – this is a must
- Proven experience in passive sourcing, including Boolean search techniques
- Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach to engage top-tier talent
Desirable:
- Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on multinational clients in the UK and AU regions
- Familiarity with CRM/ATS platforms such as JobAdder, Vincere, Bullhorn, or Loxo
- A data-driven and strategic approach to talent acquisition, with strong candidate engagement skills
