Job Description

As a Bookkeeper, you'll support financial statement preparation, manage general ledger entries, handle payables and receivables, and ensure accurate and timely accounting transactions using QuickBooks, NetSuite, and other platforms-all while working with a globally focused real estate team.

• Associate degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years' experience in accounting/bookkeeping
• Impeccable integrity, high energy level, and strong attention to detail
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping, accruals, and accounting for payables and receivables
• Data entry skills
• Willingness and ability to adjust to changing conditions and priorities
• Self-motivated and proactive, exercise sound judgment, and enjoy both independent projects
• Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks with supervision
• Extraordinary attention to detail, accuracy, and high-quality work in a growth-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Proficient with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Assist our accountants with the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Import Property Manager financial data into Fund books (NetSuite and QuickBooks)
• Manage tax and insurance accrual schedules
• Prepare General Ledger entries in QuickBooks and NetSuite
• Review third-party invoices and staff expense reports, obtain payment approval from management, and process payments
• Accounts payable - enter and process invoices
• Record and reconcile accounting transactions
• Help manage account receivable and account payable processes
