We are looking for a strategic leader and change driver to help build and shape our Shared Services Center (SSC) from the ground up.

As our Finance Transformation & Process Improvement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth migration of finance processes while driving long-term operational excellence. This is more than a transition role—you’ll help design how the organization works, embedding performance discipline, continuous improvement, and automation into everyday operations.

What You’ll Do

Support Finance Process Transitions
  • Assist in the migration of finance processes (AP, AR, General Accounting, Reporting) into the SSC
  • Help manage transition activities including process documentation, planning, execution, and stabilization
  • Ensure all processes, controls, and policies are properly documented and followed
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions with minimal business disruption
Drive Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and efficiency improvements
  • Support and implement initiatives that enhance accuracy, turnaround time, and control
  • Assist in embedding a continuous improvement mindset within SSC teams
Performance Tracking & Governance
  • Help track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
  • Cycle times
  • Processing efficiency
  • Accuracy and compliance metrics
  • Support the development of performance reports and dashboards
  • Ensure data is accurate, reliable, and aligned with reporting standards
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
  • Work closely with finance teams and business units to gather requirements
  • Help translate operational needs into practical, scalable solutions
  • Provide support, guidance, and knowledge sharing to ensure process adoption
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in finance operations, shared services, or process improvement roles
  • Exposure to finance processes (AP, AR, General Accounting, Reporting)
Skills & Experience
  • Experience supporting process transitions, migrations, or improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft O365 tools
  • Basic understanding of controls, compliance, and financial reporting requirements
