About the role
Stockcare Cargo and Warehousing Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in optimising our warehouse operations, improving efficiency, and driving innovation across our fast-paced logistics business.
What you'll be doing- Analyse existing warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide technical expertise and training to warehouse personnel
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial engineering or operations management role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data-driven decision making
- Proficient in using industrial engineering tools and software, such as simulation modelling, process mapping, and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and logistics operations
