Job Description
- Obtain market projections, technology updates and industry trends.
- Prepares and monitors consolidated sales forecasts, reports and updates.
- Executes business plans and MBO as directed by Principals.
- Initiates positioning strategy to stimulate demand for products and gathers data on competitors.
- Ensures GP target is achieved by proactively identifying the gap and quickly coming up with the recovery plan.
- Manages inventory and prepares consolidated loading / inventory reports.
- Supports product launching initiated by the Marketing Group.
- Provides product updates and activity reports.
- Facilitates technical seminars and customers request for product samples.
- Provides quotation to CRS to be submitted to customers.
- Identifies new sales opportunity within existing accounts.
- Leads the project management activity and ensures necessary actions are undertaken by the supporting team.
- Monitors billing, invoices and remittances; including follow through and closure of OD accounts and lapsing schedule of receivables.
- Monitors shipping and delivery status in coordination with the PM and SCM groups.
- Ensures expenditures are duly monitored, controlled, documented, and charged to the proper cost accounts, including timely liquidation of advances.
- Bachelors degree in any Engineering courses; preferably Electromechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- At least (2) two years working experience in Sales or Marketing.
- Exposure to consultancy experience in an Engineering/ Microelectronics/ Chemical Industries.
- Able to make sound and strategic decisions.
- Processes financial management and accounting skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, supported by strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiating skills.
- Can start immediately.
- Deep understanding and experience in the Semicon, Electronics, and other Manufacturing Industries.
- Generate leads and close deals on the Semicon, Electronics, and other Manufacturing Industries.
- Develop and execute key customer development strategies and maintain a good relationship.
- Forecast and achieve set Sales target and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal team to identify and create solutions to the customer needs.
