EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Graduate of any Four-Year Course preferably Business or any related Course.
Minimum of 3 Years Supervisory experience in a service oriented Company.

BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING

Good knowledge and understanding of the operations and business trends. Comprehends the business competition and the effects of the business.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES/EBIT

Ensures the attainment of sales and EBIT targets as well as growth of our last year's performance.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ensures excellent customer service is provided at all times.
Recommends possible solutions and actions to address customer complaints based on the result of customer survey forms.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Maintains appropriate stock level in the store.
Monitors and analyzes merchandise movement and recommends appropriate actions for slow moving items.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

Ensures that all concerned personnel are effectively executing their assign tasks and functions.

Spearheads all planning, organizational and developmental activities for all the store personnel.
