About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouseman/Tools Technician to join our dynamic team at Gencore Construction Corp. in Concepcion Tarlac. As a full-time member of our warehousing, storage and distribution department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our inventory, tools, and equipment to support our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, tools, and equipment in an organised manner
Pick, pack, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment to job sites as per project requirements
Maintain accurate inventory records and report on stock levels
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment
Assist in the organisation and cleanliness of the warehouse
Support the broader operations team as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a warehouseman or tools technician in the construction industry
Strong organisational and inventory management skills
Basic mechanical and technical skills for tool and equipment maintenance
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods
