Senior Recruitment Manager | Work From Home Opportunity - Muntinlupa

About the Role

We are scaling rapidly, and our ability to deliver quality education depends on recruiting exceptional online teachers at scale. As the Senior Recruitment Manager, you will lead the team that powers this growth.

You will also help shape and promote our recruitment brand by attracting mission-aligned educators through storytelling, operational discipline, and strategic execution.

• Lead recruitment strategy and performance to meet the demand for 1,000+ online teachers annually
• Own the end-to-end recruitment funnel, identifying bottlenecks and resolving pipeline issues with urgency
• Manage and coach recruiters in real time, stepping in to personally meet hiring targets when needed
• Conduct daily huddles and performance check-ins to drive alignment and accountability
• Use live dashboards and tools such as Google Sheets, Slack, ATS, and other platforms to monitor funnel health and recruiter effectiveness
• Maintain strict operational discipline including timely follow-ups, updated ATS tags, and documentation standards
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Training, Product, and Account Management to ensure readiness for client deployment
• Uphold hiring standards and deliver a high-quality candidate experience, while reinforcing the values and mission of the organization

• You have 5+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
• You have led high-volume recruitment initiatives, ideally in BPO, education, freelance, or remote settings
• You are confident working with data and tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, ATS platforms, and productivity systems
• You are a coach and a contributor, comfortable managing performance while also owning individual quotas when needed
• You act on data and metrics, not assumptions, and bring structure, urgency, and energy to daily operations
• You are at home in fast-moving, early-stage or scaling environments
• You take full ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
• You value clarity, responsiveness, and results
• Preferred but not required:
• Experience hiring for remote, freelance, or international roles
• Background in startups or high-growth teams
• Familiarity with teacher pipelines, edtech platforms, or recruitment automation

• Prefer strategy planning without daily hands-on execution
• Avoid live dashboards, performance metrics, or spreadsheets
• Rely on big-company tools or brand name recognition to attract candidates
• Prefer calm, predictable workflows over fast-paced momentum
• Are looking to step back from direct recruiting work
• Expect a traditional 9–5 schedule, as this role follows a mid-shift setup

• Schedule: Mid-shift, starting at 12 NN or 1 PM PHT; flexibility required
• Workdays: Five-day workweek with two rest days
• Location: Fully remote, with preference for candidates based in NCR+ for monthly leadership meetings
• Internet: Minimum 25 Mbps with backup connection
• Power: Backup power supply for at least 8 hours
