Video Editor (Part-Time / Fully Remote / Open to All Levels)

This position is completely open to everyone—whether you are a current student, an out-of-school youth (OSY), a recent graduate, or an experienced creator. Key Responsibilities- Daily Video Production: Edit and finalize a minimum of 3 short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) within your daily 4-hour shift.
- Multi-Format Editing: Craft highly engaging short-form content and structured long-form YouTube videos.
- Post-Production: Perform basic color correction, audio balancing, pacing enhancements, and visual typography.
- AI Tool Integration: Utilize modern AI workflows (e.g., automated captions, AI formatting tools) to optimize efficiency and speed.
- Collaboration: Report directly to Dave to align on weekly campaign briefs, creative concepts, and feedback.
- Experience Level: Open to all levels. Zero professional or corporate experience required.

- Technical Skills: Basic, functional knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut Desktop, or After Effects).
- Portfolio Required: Applicants must submit a link to a digital portfolio showcasing any past edits (school projects, personal TikToks, or freelance work).
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently to meet daily output goals.
