DELIVERY DRIVER

Summary of Position

The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of Shell industrial and automotive lubricants to customers in Cebu and other areas within the Visayas while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

• Safely operate company delivery trucks in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Deliver products according to assigned schedules and routes.
• Load, unload, and secure products to prevent damage during transport.
• Verify delivery documents for accuracy.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned delivery vehicle.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team on delivery schedules.
• Handle products safely and provide professional customer service.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers during deliveries.
• Report delivery issues, delays, accidents, or customer concerns promptly to the immediate head.
• Assist with warehouse and other logistics-related tasks as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors.

• Vocational course graduate or College level
• Holder of a valid Professional Driver's License with appropriate restrictions/classes for operating company delivery truck
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a delivery driver, preferably industrial products, lubricants, or logistics
• Experience driving light to medium-duty delivery trucks.
• Good driving record with a strong commitment to safety.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling heavy products
• Honest, dependable, and able to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned delivery areas and work flexible schedules when required
