About the Role
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and preparing print-ready artwork while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery across multiple projects. The role requires strong expertise in Adobe InDesign and hands-on experience in print production workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Understand design briefs and stakeholder requirements
- Deliver accurate, high-quality artwork within deadlines
- Follow established production workflows and tools
- Prepare pre-press final artwork packages
- Manage revisions and multiple design projects efficiently
- Coordinate regularly with stakeholders and provide project updates
- Work on heavy text layouts and multi-page documents/publications
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Hands-on pre-press and print production experience
- Experience working on heavy text layouts and multi-page documents
- 2–5 years of experience in print media, publishing, advertising, or similar industries
- Strong layout and typography skills with portfolio samples
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable working on a NORAM shift
- Degree or diploma in Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field
- Experience working in publishing environments
- Familiarity with MS Word and PowerPoint
- Exposure to structured production workflows
