Senior Graphic/Motion Designer - Muntinlupa

Stratton Studios is looking for a Senior Graphic/Motion Designer to lead visual creation across our marketing and communication efforts. You’ll be the go-to creative partner for our publishing, brand, and community teams, crafting high-impact visuals that promote our games and elevate our studio identity.

This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who thrives on turning briefs into bold, clean, and compelling visual content, from animated trailers and reels to static social campaigns and partner presentations. An understanding of the pacing, moments, and narrative beats needed to support game launches is essential.

Role Responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle of visual content creation for marketing assets across digital, social, and partner channels
• Design and animate trailers, reels, short-form content, motion graphics, and visual identities for campaigns
• Translate creative briefs into standout visuals that align with our games’ tone, audience, and platform goals
• Collaborate closely with brand, community, and external publishing partners to ensure alignment on messaging and visual standards
• Manage visual consistency across all Stratton-branded assets, from key art to templates and event materials
• Develop lightweight visual systems and templates that help scale asset production efficiently
• Support internal team needs with high-quality decks, case studies, and team comms where required

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience crafting high-quality motion graphics and visuals for games, tech, or entertainment marketing
• Strong visual design fundamentals: composition, color theory, typography, and storytelling
• Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Experience designing for social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, and Discord
• Clear understanding of game launch rhythms, from teaser to post-launch beats, and how visuals support each phase
• Ability to work autonomously, iterate fast, and manage multiple creative requests without constant oversight
• A portfolio that shows both taste and range—clean static visuals, motion design, and storytelling chops

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Experience working with game trailers, key art design, or launch campaigns
• Understanding of brand strategy and audience development for digital-first games
• Familiarity with Unity or Unreal for capturing in-engine footage or designing around game assets
• Illustration, 3D motion, or VFX skills that bring an extra layer of polish or playfulness
• Experience building visual identity systems for games or creative tech startups
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and deadlines
