Qualification:
- Preferably graduate of Psychology or any related course
- With at least 2 to 3 year recruitment experience
- Additional knowledge in different areas of human resources is an advantage
- Computer literate and familiar on operation and application of the following programs:
- a. MS Word
- b. MS Excel
- c. MS PowerPoint
Job Description:
- Received manpower request from requesting RVDC project site.
- Request an online job advertisement if needed. Paper screening of qualifications and calling applicants for the interview schedule. Shortlisting of applicants Preliminary Interview (Recruitment Specialist) Skills Test (Operators and Drivers) if needed. If experience already in the construction industry with certificates, there is no need. Interview with the requesting department Manager. (Key Personnel) Verbal Job Offer – Requirements Processing. Received pre-employment requirements and advice schedule of orientation
