Senior Sales Manager New

This job requires hybrid/field work set-up with HQ based in Podium, Ortigas Business Center.

JOB SUMMARY:

• The hiring company is seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales Director to lead business development and account management initiatives for our integrated workplace solutions business. The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers across corporate, commercial real estate, brokerage, leasing, and property development sectors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive sales and business development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong existing network within commercial real estate brokerage firms, leasing departments, property developers, corporate occupiers, and key decision-makers in workplace and facilities management.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in office fit-out, furniture, construction, design-build, workplace solutions, real estate services, or related industries.
• Experience managing both new business acquisition and strategic account management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships with brokers, landlords, developers, and corporate clients.
• Strong understanding of workplace design trends, office relocation projects, fit-out processes, and corporate procurement cycles.
• Experience leading complex, consultative sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
