Role Overview:
The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the
smooth running of sales operations. This role involves preparing tender documents, creating
quotations, and building PowerPoint presentations to support client engagements. The ideal
candidate will be highly organised, proficient in administrative tasks, and capable of working
to tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and format compelling PowerPoint presentations for sales pitches and meetings
- Generate accurate sales quotations and maintain pricing records
- Liaise with customers occasionally to support sales processes and handle administrative queries
- Maintain internal records and documentation in line with company standards
- Collaborate with the wider sales and operations team to ensure project timelines are met
- Provide general administrative support to the sales department as required
- Research and database cleansing
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or sales support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and approachable manner when interacting with customers
Desirable:
- Experience with tender processes or proposal writing
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus (training will be provided)
Work Schedule: 3pm-12am Manila | M-F
