Inside Sales Assistant

Job description

Inside Sales Assistant will provide detailed support to our sales team by handling the lead qualification process, scheduling, order follow-up, and post-sale coordination. This role helps keep our sales experts focused on high value selling while ensuring our customers receive fast, consistent communication.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to inbound leads via email, Teams and phone within a set number of hours, determined by your manager
• Qualify leads and route them to the right sales rep or department
• Schedule meetings directly on our sales representatives’ calendars
• Handle simple quotes and add-on orders
• Proactively follow up on orders to collect missing sales order form details (billing address, shipping address, artwork, approvals, etc.)
• Create a system that tracks cover orders, then be responsible for running that system and ensuring it works. (Schedule, coordinate graphic files, submit proofs, and get approvals)

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
• A strong sense of urgency and ownership
• Experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service preferred
• Candidate must have experience working in a CRM system with a team and managing calendars, quotes, and order documentation digitally.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and remotely with a US-based team
