Human Resources Intern (Senior College Students – Unpaid Internship)

Job Description

We are accepting junior or senior college students (Psychology or HRM) who are required to complete internship or practicum hours as part of their academic curriculum. The HR Intern will work under the supervision of the HR Head and will be exposed to actual Human Resources operations in a professional industrial/corporate setting.

This is not a regular employment position and does not include an allowance or employee benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Help organize, file, and maintain employee records and HR documents.
  • Assist in onboarding documentation and tracking of pre-employment requirements.
  • Support HR administrative tasks such as leave monitoring, attendance tracking, and report preparation.
  • Assist in training activities, orientations, and HR events.
  • Assist in the biannual performance evaluation.
  • Support in employee relations and employee discipline, if needed.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Head.
Qualifications
  • Must be a third or fourth year college student currently enrolled in Psychology, who has a strong inclination towards I/O Psychology, or Human Resource Management.
  • Required to render internship / practicum hours (minimum of 150 hours), as part of school curriculum.
  • With endorsement letter and/or MOA requirements from school.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Good communication skills and professional work attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to work onsite in Brgy. Lourdes, Quezon City.
  • Willing and available to start by the first week of May, 2026.
