Engineer (Production & Inspection)

BASIC FUNCTION:

• Ensures products assembly is in accordance with the company’s standards and quality compliance.
• Responsible for planning and scheduling products for assembly as per sales requirement.
• Monitor P&I Mechanics performance output and area of responsibility.
• Performs and report quality audit findings and result (Monthly).
• Ensure safety as the priority in the production area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Plan and monitor P&I Mechanic and production of units in Davao.
• Monitor and report P&I output regularly based on the available manpower in Davao.
• Implement and evaluate processes/facilities improvement in P&I and assembly.
• Evaluate and prepare quality report to units w/ quality problem raised during P&I and assembly of units. Prepare parts request and facilitate repair once parts are available.
• Ensures all tools and equipment for P&I are functional and operational.
• Ensures consumable material for P&I are always available.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering is an advantage.
• Has experience of 1 or 2 years in related function or area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in using SAP is a plus.
• Keen to details.
• Willing to be assigned in Ma-a, Davao City.
