Retirement Plan Administrator (Contractor – Metro Manila)
Location: Pasay City / Metro Manila
(On-site, with limited hybrid flexibility)

This is a contract-based engagement. No employee benefits are included.
Pay: ₱400–₱500 per hour
(Approximately ₱80,000–₱100,000 per month)
Job Description:
We are hiring a Retirement Plan Administrator to support a long-term pension project for a multinational agency operating in the Philippines. This is a confidential engagement that involves providing retirement benefit support to local employees, coordinating with HR teams, and maintaining compliant records.
This is a contract-based role (non-employee), ideal for an experienced HR or benefits professional based in Metro Manila who is confident handling administrative tasks and communicating with international teams.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and track retirement benefit records for local employees
- Coordinate with HR staff on eligibility, contributions, and plan changes
- Provide retirement plan-related assistance and answer inquiries from participating employees
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with project requirements
- Prepare documentation, reports, and invoices in Excel, Word, or PDF
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive personnel data
- Support overall plan compliance and readiness for audit or review
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or Public Administration
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or benefits administration
- Familiarity with SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and Philippine labor requirements
- Excellent English and Filipino communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF editing tools
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage tasks independently
- Resides in Metro Manila or nearby and can work in Pasay as needed
Work Schedule & Contract Terms:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard office hours (approx. 40 hours/week)
- Contract Duration: 12 months, with possible renewal
- Engagement Type: Independent Contractor (responsible for own SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and tax filings)
- Location: Pasay City / Metro Manila (with potential for partial hybrid work depending on performance)
