We're Hiring: Commercial Operations Assistant! ?

We are looking to grow our Operations function, and need a Commercial Operations Assistant, whose role is to assist the Commercial Operations Manager in a growing sales team.
  • Location: Pasig, Philippines
⏰ Work Mode: 3-4 months onsite before transitioning to WFH (based on performance)
  • Role: Commercial Operations Assistant (Sales Admin & Data Entry)

Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager - responsibilities include:

What You'll Do:

  • Support the Commercial Ops Manager to maintain our CRM (HubSpot) by regularly updating contact records, tracking sales activity, and generating reports.
  • Maintain reports and databases within the CRM, ensuring these can be used by the wide business.
  • Encourage the use of CRM to the sales team, ensuring processes are adopted and adhered to, maximising productivity.
  • Work with the Commercial Ops Manager to ensure all sales data is accurate and communicated effectively.
  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager, and Commercial Director.
  • Create and update guidelines and documentation for new products and processes.
  • Develop and recommend improvements to current processes to allow for increased efficiency.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Account Management team, and any other duties that are required by the Commercial Manager.
  • Manage and prioritise incoming requests, ensuring that urgent tasks are addressed promptly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with manual data entry processes.
  • Experience in sales, or sales operation si shighly desirable
  • Excellent English level is a must- both verbal and written
  • Able to work independently and produce high-quality results
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in reading and understanding sales figures and big data
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
