Job Summary

The Architect is responsible for overseeing both design and site-related activities, ensuring that all architectural works are implemented according to approved plans, specifications, and standards. The role involves design development, coordination with consultants and contractors, site supervision, and the preparation of drawings, reports, and documentation required for project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project.
• Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to site workers and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections to check work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Prepare and process work permits for on-site activities.
• Translate and explain working drawings to workers for accurate implementation.
• Listen to and address site concerns, clarifications, and material requests.
• Prepare daily and weekly accomplishment reports for submission to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants to resolve technical and design issues.
• Ensure that site conditions align with architectural and structural plans.
• Attend coordination meetings and toolbox meetings when required.
• Verify and check actual site measurements for as-built plans or revisions.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper storage and handling on-site.

• Prepare and process purchase requests and purchase orders for materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers for material sourcing, quotations, and deliveries.
• Produce 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentations for client and internal reviews.
• Review and update architectural plans, working drawings, and construction details.
• Assist in the preparation of permit drawings and documents for submission to local authorities.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and design coordination meetings.
• Assist in drafting project documentation such as technical specifications, reports, and correspondence.
• Support the Project Manager in tracking progress and resolving issues raised from the site.
• Conduct quality control reviews of drawings before issuance for construction.
• Ensure design consistency, compliance with codes, and adherence to project timeline

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Must be a Licensed Architect (PRC)
• Preferably with 1–5 years of experience in architectural design and site supervision.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, architectural detailing, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadline.
