The primary responsibility of the Admin Assistant (Publishing Account) is to ensure that production processes efficiently meet their target goals. Duties include ensuring the smooth operation of the entire department, coordinating with clients regarding their purchased services through email communication, meeting deadlines, and resolving departmental queries and client concerns.

Communicate any issues or potential issues to relevant departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Tasks and Duties:

  • Planning and organizing production schedules.
  • Ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Maintaining quality control standards and procedures.
  • Monitoring production output and adjusting schedules as needed.
  • Troubleshooting production problems and implementing solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate production records and reports.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving production processes and procedures.
  • Double-checking and ensuring that client information, such as important or special notes, is met during the production process.
  • Coordinating with vendors regarding materials needed and services purchased by clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Experience in administrative tasks or similar roles is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well with teams and clients.
  • Amenable to work on-site, with a graveyard shift.
