The Technical Sales / Account Manager partners with sales, product, and technical teams to design integrated ICT solutions—including cloud, cybersecurity, data center, collaboration, and managed services. Serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, the role converts business needs into practical solutions while driving revenue, supporting complex deals, and ensuring customer success from design to implementation.
Qualifications/Requirements- The ideal candidate must be:
- Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or Information Technology.
- Experienced in technical sales or pre-sales within IT, engineering, telecommunications, or software industries.
- Strong background in ICT products such as cloud, cybersecurity, and networking.
- Strong grasp of sales methodologies—lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, and closing.
- Excellent presentation, consultative selling, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong customer-facing communication and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
High financial and business acumen.Time management, planning, forecasting, and analytical skills.
