Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure efficient project execution, and maintain compliance with company and client standards. The role is critical in managing manpower, logistics, and site performance—particularly for government and military projects.

• Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations across project sites
• Ensure smooth execution of projects in line with timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Manage and supervise site teams, supervisors, and support staff
• Coordinate with Project Managers, HR, Logistics, and Finance for operational requirements
• Monitor attendance, workforce deployment, and productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client (military/government) standards
• Handle operational issues, escalations, and on-site concerns
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Prepare and submit operational reports and performance updates
• Support mobilization and demobilization of manpower and equipment
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• At least 5–8 years of experience in operations or project management
• Experience handling multiple sites or large-scale operations
• Background in government or military projects is an advantage
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools

• Strong knowledge of logistics, workforce planning, and site operations
• Ability to work in high-pressure and fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
