JOB QUALIFICATION

Educational Requirement:

• At least two years in college- IT preferred/or any related course

Experience Requirement:

• Preferably at least 6 months of experience as shipping/or

material handler

Other Special Skills / Specifications:

• Preferably physically fit male
• Highly motivated, dynamic, with a positive attitude, and of good moral character
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
• Can work with less supervision.
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency
• Willingness to be trained on the operation of power and/or hand tools.
• With forklift certification is an advantage
• With good communication skills
• Knows MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Shipping handler
• Scheduling and planning of shipments.
• Organizing and monitoring of shipping inventory Scanning and sorting outgoing shipments.
• Ensure to properly records endorsed finished goods to shipping area.
• Leading to prepare finished goods palletizing activity to shipping handiers.
• Communicate to production in charged to any shipment need to ship based pian. (Pull system)
• Report any possible errors/issues on shipping-to-shipping supervisor
• Report to shipping. supervisor daily shipping inventory and container/air completion.
• Checking and verifying shipping inventory versus open orders to existing ERP system
• Preparing Commercial Invoice and Packing list of shipments.
• Ensuring packages get shipped correctly according to plan and to packing list.
• Maintain the shipping area clean and organize.
• Keep files of goods shipped.
• Operate forklift as required- load and unloads as required.
• Responsible for working in a safe manner, following all existing safety policies and procedures.
• Additional
• Support physical inventory during year end/ daily cycle count.
• Can support to digital as digital operator.
• Support to packaging, by printing packaging labels.
