The BrainFit brand currently operates 4 Studios in Metro Manila.
BrainFit Studio is the leading provider of neuroscience-based brain fitness programs in Asia. It originated in Singapore and is already 10 years in the region with over 5000+ databased results from programs conducted across the region.
Our Brain Fitness programs seek to enhance the child's learning capacity by addressing opportunity areas across (i) attention/focus (ii) auditory processing (iii) visual processing (iv) sensory-motor (v) socio-emotions. The key targets are children aged 4 to 18.
We’re Hiring: FRONT DESK MANAGER
We are looking for a Front Desk Manager who will be the face of our organization and play a key role in both operations and marketing. This position requires someone who is organized, professional, and creative—with strong communication skills and a knack for content creation.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients, guests, and partners in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle phone, email, and walk-in inquiries.
- Maintain front desk operations and ensure smooth daily flow.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily reports.
- Assist with video and photo editing for marketing and social media campaigns.
- Support the team with marketing-related tasks and brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Communications, Management or Secretarial Programs
- Proven experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in video/photo editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferably Female
