The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the institution’s digital presence, website performance, lead generation initiatives, and online marketing campaigns. The role drives brand visibility, audience engagement, and customer acquisition through strategic digital marketing, website optimization, SEO, performance marketing, and lead conversion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize the institution’s website, ensuring content accuracy, user engagement, and seamless customer experience.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic.
- Track and optimize lead generation efforts, conversion rates, and customer acquisition performance.
- Manage website updates, content uploads, landing pages, and digital assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for website enhancements and technical improvements.
- Establish and maintain lead tracking systems, CRM integrations, and marketing automation workflows.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and prepare dashboards, reports, and actionable recommendations.
- Monitor customer behavior, website analytics, and digital trends to improve campaign effectiveness and user experience.
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and continuous improvement of digital marketing processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Website Management, or related roles.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and similar platforms.
- Proficient in Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or equivalent website platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, website optimization, lead generation, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with CRM systems, lead management platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Proficient in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and performance reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
