We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting US-based healthcare providers and clinics.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to calls, messages, and emails from patients or healthcare professionals in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with appointment scheduling, general inquiries, and account-related concerns
- Manage patient information and documentation according to HIPAA guidelines
- Ensure all client-specific protocols and service standards are followed
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in the BPO industry
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Comfortable working during US business hours / night shift
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
