Job Title: IT Supervisor (General IT & E-commerce)

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and experienced IT Supervisor to oversee both general IT operations and e-commerce systems. This role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of the company’s overall IT infrastructure while also supporting and optimizing online business platforms.The ideal candidate will lead the IT team, manage technical resources, and help drive seamless digital and internal operations.
General Scope of Responsibilities- Supervise daily IT operations, including hardware, software, networks, and user support
- Maintain and monitor company IT infrastructure (servers, networks, workstations)
- Ensure system security, data protection, and compliance with IT policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across departments
- Manage IT assets, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
- Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations
- Develop and enforce IT standards, policies, and procedures
- Train, mentor, and evaluate IT staff performance
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and management
- Oversee IT operations related to e-commerce platforms and online services
- Ensure website uptime, performance, and optimal user experience
- Manage integrations between e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and internal systems
- Monitor and secure online transactions and customer data
- Troubleshoot website issues, including checkout errors, downtime, or slow performance
- Coordinate with web developers, digital marketing, and operations teams
- Support system enhancements, updates, and feature rollouts for online platforms
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency
- Manage third-party providers such as hosting services and platform vendors
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in IT operations; e-commerce experience is a strong advantage
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration
- Experience with web technologies and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and system integration
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are an advantage
