• Provide strategic advice on key legal issues
• Provide assistance and advice in any potential or on-going claims, disputes and investigations;
• Analyze and advise management on legal contracts, complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, and financial instruments.
• Advise on legal and regulatory compliance, including construction / renewable energy sector specific regulations and anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws;
• Advise on general corporate matters and day to day activities of the group such as commercial contracts, office leases, employment matters etc;
• Review, standardization and maintenance of legal document templates;
• Conduct legal research where necessary;
• As may be needed, opportunities to work on ISO Companies

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Law.
2. With at least 2 to 5-years of work experience pertinent to the role.
3. Experience working in a construction company. Experience working in a foreign company is an advantage.
4. Progressive work experience handling summons in the Construction Industry.
5. Good written and communication skills.
6. Logical thinker.
7. Knowledgeable in drafting legal reports, documents, and contracts.
8. Having certificates is an advantage.
9. Passed the Bar Exam
10. CAN START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
