About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer (Java Full Stack) to join our team at YONDU INC.'. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable full-stack Java-based applications.This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design innovative solutions
- Develop and implement high-quality, efficient, and maintainable Java-based applications
- Integrate front-end and back-end components to create seamless user experiences
- Write clean, well-documented code and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Java full-stack development (Mid to Senior)
- Proficient in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web application frameworks (e.g., Spring, Angular, React)
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
