Accounting Associate- Permanent Work-from-Home

This role requires a highly detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness. The ideal candidate is able to consistently perform self-review to ensure all submissions meet quality standards. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Processing client refunds
  • Reviewing client accounts and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Compiling and filing documents as needed
  • Assist with new projects where applicable
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Adaptable and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to support others when needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Three (3) years or more of general accounting experience
  • Proficiency in at least two different accounting software programs
  • Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Processes, and General Ledger
  • Advanced Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Research and analytical Skills
