JOB SUMMARY
The HR Analytics Senior Manager is responsible for driving the organization toward evidence-based decision-making by functioning as a data strategist who extracts high-value intelligence from complex workforce metrics. This role is defined by its ability to engineer sophisticated reporting systems that provide absolute clarity on manpower costs and retention trends.By delivering predictive insights to the executive team, you ensure that every people-related investment is optimized for maximum organizational impact and fiscal efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Establish and maintain robust systems to gather and organize HR-related data across the employee lifecycle to ensure a single source of truth for management insights.
- Analyze complex metrics (manpower costs, turnover, performance) to identify patterns and create automated dashboards for executive stakeholders.
- Translate data into recommendations for workforce planning, succession management, and talent acquisition to support long-term business goals.
- Conduct rigorous evaluations of HR policies, benefits, and compensation programs to recommend data-driven improvements and measure ROI.
- Serve as the primary liaison between HR and business leaders, advising on data-driven solutions and presenting findings to drive organizational change.

- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
- Has at least seven (7) years experience in HR or Business Analytics.
- At least three (3) years experience in a leadership capacity.
