Safely operate and maintain transit mixer trucks to deliver ready-mix concrete to project sites efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a transit mixer truck for the transport and delivery of ready-mix concrete.
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections (tires, lights, drum, oil, fuel, brakes, etc.).
Deliver concrete to construction sites, following dispatch instructions and schedules.
Discharge concrete correctly as instructed by site engineers/foremen.
Perform cleaning of mixer and chute after each delivery to avoid buildup and hardening.
Handle delivery receipts, trip logs, and other required documentation.
Report vehicle issues, accidents, or delays promptly to dispatch/maintenance.
Follow company safety protocols and government traffic regulations at all times.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent.
With a Professional Driver’s License (Restriction Codes 1, 2, 3, and 8 for heavy equipment).
TESDA NC II in Heavy Equipment Operation – Transit Mixer is an advantage.
At least 1 year of experience operating a transit mixer or similar heavy equipment (dump truck, trailer, etc.).
Familiar with Cebu/Mandaue routes and basic vehicle troubleshooting.
Physically fit, responsible, and willing to work flexible hours.
