Customer Service Representative (Outbound) - Quezon City

Shift: Graveyard Shift (Fixed Weekend Off)

Winsolutions Corp is looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role primarily focuses on outbound calls, follow-up investigations, and handling disputes. Prior experience in managing FedEx-related customer service calls is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, delivery issues, or disputes.
• Perform investigations related to customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Document interactions accurately and update customer records.
• Collaborate with internal departments and logistics partners as needed.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of solid customer service experience (BPO or logistics-related is preferred).
• Experience in handling FedEx calls is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.
• Amenable to graveyard shift and fixed weekend off.
