Brandlink PH' is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Tarlac, Central Luzon. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued clients.

With a focus on call centre operations, this position is crucial in delivering high-quality service and enhancing the overall customer experience.

What you'll be doing
  1. Respond to incoming customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat and other communication channels
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues
  3. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, ensuring a pleasant interaction for all customers
  4. Document customer interactions and update customer records in the database
  5. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvements and contribute to the development of customer service strategies
  6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistency and efficiency
What we're looking for
  1. Previous experience (at least 1year) in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the call centre & customer service industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing effective solutions
  4. Proficiency in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  5. Familiarity with customer service software and technologies, with the ability to adapt to new systems
  6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
