Senior Graphic Designer - Employer Branding (Mid Shift)

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality, engaging creative that brings Arcadis’ Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life across global and regional markets. By delivering consistent, on-brand content for both online and offline channels, this role positions Arcadis as an employer of choice, ensuring the creative output resonates with diverse talent audiences and supports recruitment and employer branding initiatives.

Role accountabilities:

• Bring the Arcadis EVP to life through compelling, multi‑channel creative, translating our purpose and values into audience‑relevant design for global, regional and Early Careers talent
• Create high‑quality content across social, digital, email, video, motion and event channels.
• Ensure all creative is brand‑aligned and EVP‑led, balancing global consistency with thoughtful regional nuance
• Lead assigned design projects end‑to‑end, partnering with Talent Acquisition, Marketing & Communications and regional teams to deliver joined‑up, impactful creative
• Act as a trusted brand and design expert, advising stakeholders on design feasibility, brand compliance and best‑fit solutions
• Design, update and optimise careers site content, ensuring strong user experience, accessibility, responsive performance and brand consistency
• Support performance insight through thoughtful implementation of tracking (such as UTM parameters) within design assets
• Stay ahead of design, digital and social trends, keeping creative fresh and relevant while sharing knowledge and building capability through training and collaboration

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5–8+ years’ experience in creative design and content production
• Proven ability to deliver digital, video, and campaign content
• Experience working with brand guidelines, adapting for diverse audiences
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• High attention to detail and quality control in a fast-paced, global environment
• Experience with design collaboration tools would be a bonus (e.g. Figma)
