Production Supervisor

Job description:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Events Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in events, operations, sales, or marketing
• Strong knowledge of event operations, sales processes, and marketing workflows
• Proven experience in employee management, discipline enforcement, and performance monitoring
• Highly detail-oriented and quality-focused, with ability to oversee work across multiple departments
• Professional, firm, and management-aligned, capable of enforcing standards regardless of personal relationships
• Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain strict professionalism in the office and on-site
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working on-site during events and performing office-based supervision
• Proficient in office tools, reporting systems, and workflow management

Job Description

The Supervisor is also responsible for monitoring monthly goals and quotas, reporting progress to the General Manager, and managing employee accountability, including PIPs and terminations when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and enforce discipline, professionalism, and work quality across all departments
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, output, and adherence to company standards
• Track monthly performance metrics, quotas, and goals for employees in all departments
• Provide regular progress reports to the General Manager, including achievements, gaps, and corrective action recommendations
• Identify underperforming staff and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), escalating to termination if necessary
• Work closely with the QA Officer to ensure company-wide quality standards are met
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and employee training
• Oversee Operations teams, ensuring accurate execution of client instructions, timelines, and services
• Maintain strict office standards, modeling and enforcing professional behavior
• Ensure cross-departmental alignment and smooth workflow between Operations, Sales, and Marketing
• Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and escalations professionally and decisively
• Prepare departmental reports on employee performance, attendance, and productivity
• Identify gaps in skills, behavior, or processes and implement improvements
• Serve as a role model for professionalism, accountability, and results-driven performance
