Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior CRM Analytics Analyst to lead complex analytical initiatives that support lifecycle management, customer retention, and strategic decision-making. This individual contributor role requires advanced analytical capabilities, strong business acumen, and the ability to solve complex business problems independently.

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects involving complex datasets and business requirements.
• Analyze customer lifecycle, segmentation, retention, churn, and campaign performance data.
• Build advanced dashboards, analytical models, and strategic reporting tools.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to improve customer engagement and business performance.
• Solve complex business problems using structured analytical approaches.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive strategic CRM decisions.
• Support analytics capability building and mentor junior analysts when needed.

• Extensive experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven strategy roles.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end analytics and business problem-solving.
• Proven ability to communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders.
• Leadership potential with interest in future people management.
