Key Responsibilities- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market coverage and sales volume.

- Conduct field coaching, trade visits, and market audits.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.
- Experience in sales and distribution, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must have a valid driver's license and preferably own a motorcycle.
