About the role
TL Sales and Management Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to join our team in Cubao, Quezon City. This is a full-time, permanent role and will play a crucial part in the financial management and reporting of our operations.As the Accounting & Finance Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our company's accounting and financial activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support strategic decision-making.
What you'll be doing- Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial statement preparation
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Maintain strong internal control systems and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team to support decision-making
- Oversee the work of the accounting team and provide guidance and training as needed
- Qualified accountant with a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years of proven experience in a finance or accounting managerial role, preferably in the Accounting industry
- Thorough understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the ability to provide financial insights
- Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks)
- A team player with a strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset
