About the Job
The role is responsible for managing and strengthening the organization’s performance management systems, processes, and talent development initiatives. It contributes to organizational effectiveness by aligning individual and departmental performance with strategic business goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Performance Management Systems (KPI/BSC)
- Conduct trainings and briefings on KPI development and performance management processes
- Partner with Division Heads to align and finalize KPI targets, ratings, and calibrations
- Drive KPI monitoring through dashboards and visual performance boards
- Standardize and reinforce performance conversations, mentoring, and coaching practices
- Lead talent identification and implement development programs (e.g., succession planning, leadership development)
- Facilitate coaching, mentoring, and counseling training sessions
- Develop and implement Individual and Career Development Plans (IDPs & CDPs)
- Oversee Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and ensure proper monitoring
- Create and update HR policies, procedures, and performance-related frameworks
- Support organizational initiatives such as town halls, leadership summits, and business planning sessions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., training providers, PMAP)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Performance Management, OD, or Talent Development
- Strong background in KPI Systems and Balanced Scorecard (BSC)
- Experience in training facilitation, coaching, and organizational development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and systems-driven
- Proficient in MS Office tools

100 % Onsite, Mondays to Fridays 8:00AM to 6:40PM
