Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to take ownership of support, Jira workflow management, and quality assurance across our platform. This role sits at the intersection of customers, product, and engineering — ensuring issues are clearly communicated, tracked effectively, and resolved to a high standard, while maintaining overall product quality.You will also be trained to support client-facing sessions, including onboarding and ongoing product training.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Respond to support enquiries via email and chat
- Triage issues and translate them into clear, actionable tickets
- Manage communication with users through to resolution
Jira & Workflow Management:
- Maintain and organise the Jira board
- Create, prioritise, and refine tickets
- Ensure tasks are clearly defined and progressing
- Work closely with engineering and product owners to clarify scope, requirements, and priorities
Quality Assurance:
- Test new features prior to release
- Validate bug fixes and identify regressions
- Execute core user flows and flag issues early
- Act as a final quality checkpoint before deployment
Client Training & Support (Post-Onboarding):
- Participate in virtual client meetings for onboarding and training
- Provide product walkthroughs and basic troubleshooting support
- Assist clients in understanding and using the platform effectively
Training & Onboarding:
- You will begin by shadowing the team across support, QA, and internal workflows
- During this period, you’ll build a strong understanding of the product, common issues, and processes
- As your confidence grows, you will gradually take on more ownership, including client-facing responsibilities
Our goal is to ensure you are fully confident in the product before independently handling support and training sessions.
Qualification and requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Clear and professional communication (written and verbal English)
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Experience with Jira or similar tools
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
- Experience in SaaS support, QA, or operations roles
- Familiarity with web applications
- Exposure to Australian real estate (agents, listings, CRMs)
