Showroom Supervisor

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably in the home improvement or related industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Proven ability to drive sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Experience in sales and showroom management is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Xero.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to maximize business opportunities.
• Professional demeanor with a polished appearance

Responsibilities:

• Supervise showroom staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training to enhance customer service and sales techniques.
• Oversee daily showroom activities, ensuring a seamless and professional shopping experience.
• Manage product displays, visual merchandising, and inventory arrangement to align with brand standards.
• Drive sales by assisting customers, providing product recommendations, and implementing sales strategies.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Ensure all showroom transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, are processed accurately.
• Conduct regular stock checks, coordinate with the warehouse team, and ensure timely restocking of showroom inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.
• Monitor and enforce showroom staff attendance, including extracting and reviewing biometric timekeeping records.
• Develop and implement showroom procedures and best practices to optimize efficiency and enhance customer engagement.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
