- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative, facilities, or office management roles
- Supervisory or team leadership experience with the ability to oversee daily operations and support staff performance
- Strong experience in office operations, facilities coordination, and workplace readiness
- Strong background in office operations, administrative coordination, and facilities support
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Practical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- High level of accountability, ownership, and professionalism
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work within approved budgets
- Make sure that FA internal processes and standards are followed and adhered to in his / her cluster.
- Responsible for determining the cluster goals, setting expectations, and following progress and results.
- Work hand in hand with the Facilities & Admin Head with the guidance of the Service Delivery Director in process review and improvement and overall department development.
- Oversee day-to-day activities, handle escalations, attritions, etc. within the cluster.
- Create a healthy and motivating work culture.
- Adapt good practices learned from co-leaders.
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the FA Assistants.
- Ensure that the cluster has enough manpower and manage their shift if necessary.
- Train and evaluate FAs and take corrective action when necessary.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching with direct reports.
- Manage schedules and deadlines.
- Assume the decision-maker and leadership role in the administrative operations.
- Conduct site routine inspections.
- Work and coordinate with other departments.
- Prepare budget, expense, and consumption analysis reports.
- Ensure accuracy of all reports.
- Manage Facilities and Admin sub-tasks.
- Ensure the seat utilization report is updated weekly within the cluster.
- Uphold the health and safety protocols of Emapta and instill discipline among subordinates.
- Perform other tasks assigned from time to time.
