General Accounting Supervisor

1 Supervises regular accounting processes such as Accounts Payable and Account Receivables account and reviews all manual journal entries.
2 Prepares weekly cash position and Aging report. Responsible for the monitoring past due on accounts receivables and sending statement of accounts to customer. Issue collection receipts on all incoming payments.
3 Review and check all outgoing payment to suppliers, documents such as AP voucher and Payment Voucher. Monitor the completeness of payment document such original official receipts, Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipts, Receiving report and approved PO.
4Timely review of all GL accounts posted in the system to ensure the correctness before period closing.
5 Prepares and submits reports to all regulatory compliance such as BIR, SEC etc. This includes preparation of schedule for ITR, Withholding tax, and VAT returns. Process payment for all government compliance like BIR, SSS, PHIC, and HDMF
6 Process online payment for both local and importation purchases.
7 Assist in preparation of schedules and reports for annual audit.
8 Ensures accounting policies and standards are effectively implemented.
9 Recommends process improvements and control implementations.
10 Conducts monthly and annual inventory count or verification.
11 Support and assist in handling tax cases.
12 Performs other functions as maybe assigned by Immediate superior.
