We are expanding our creative team and looking for a talented video editor and animator who can bring stories to life and create visually stunning content that captivates audiences.
Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative and skilled video editor and animator to handle the production of video content for our brand. From editing raw footage to creating eye-catching motion graphics and animations, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality video projects that align with brand goals and resonate with our target audiences.

Responsibilities- Video editing:
- Edit raw footage into polished videos with seamless transitions, color grading, sound design, and other post-production techniques.
- Cut, rearrange, and refine footage for social media, ads, YouTube, presentations, and more.
- Animation and motion graphics:
- Create engaging animations, including explainer videos, kinetic typography, logo animations, and animated infographics.
- Design custom motion graphics that enhance storytelling and messaging.
- Collaboration and communication:
- Work closely with the creative team and marketing team to understand project goals and requirements.
- Implement feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Quality control:
- Ensure all video and animation deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in video editing, animation, and content creation tools to ensure fresh and modern output.
- 3+ years of experience in video editing and animation.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Filmora or DaVinci Resolve.
- Expertise in animation tools like Adobe After Effects
- Knowledge of Descript is desirable.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Solid knowledge of sound design and audio editing tools like Audition or GarageBand.
- Experience creating content optimized for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of video editing and animation projects (mandatory).
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with 3D animation and rendering.
- Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment.
- Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms.
- Location: Home-based - Permanent work from home, co-working space, beach, wherever you'd like as long as you have a laptop and good internet connection.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8h/day
- Paid Time-Off: 15 days of paid leave + 10 unpaid days + 2 sick days paid (after 6 months of tenure).
